Sorry, I don’t understand Chinese…. What you are talking about?

I am a Korean…. It’s my first time I ran marathon in Hong Kong.

It’s very nice to meet you. You look very healthy!

Thank you! Well, I have a little secret …

What’s it?

If you want to be healthy, you can drank some tea every morning.

健兒甲:mmm… OK…

You may went for a quiet and leisurely walk, before or after a shower.

I don’t understand…

You don’t understand .Why?! This may because a walk calms you down. Oh! You must slept 7 or 8 hours a day if you want good health.

Modal verbs即是情態詞,例如 can, may, must, shall, will之類。 好像剛剛他所說的配搭其實應該改為, can drink, may go, may be because, must sleep

Hey! You mean if I want to be healthy, I can drink some tea every morning. I may go for a quiet and leisurely walk, before or after a shower. This may be because a walk calms a person down and I must sleep 7 or 8 hours a day.

Hey, thanks for your tips.
